• Parents understand that payment is used to verify consent under COPPA
• All sales are final

3. Use of the Game

• The game is for educational and entertainment purposes only
• Users may not use the game for illegal, abusive, or harmful behavior
• Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app

4. Quizzes and Child Profiles

• Quizzes are created and managed under the parent's account
• Children may take quizzes without providing any personal information
• Quiz results may be saved and shown to parents within their account
• No child-specific data is collected during the free trial
• Child profiles (name or nickname) are optional and only available after payment and consent

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, including quizzes and other materials, is owned by Tiny Forge Apps, LLC or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute this content without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the app, generated quizzes or generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the service.

8. Refunds and Payment

All sales are final and non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge:

• No refunds will be provided once payment is processed
• Payment constitutes parental consent under COPPA regulations
• Subscription payments, if applicable, will continue until cancelled
• You are responsible for all charges associated with your account

We may update these Terms or our Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the game means you accept the updated terms.
